Timothy J. Stultz, Ph D. - Chairman
President & Chief Executive Officer - Nanometrics, Milpitas, CA

Dr. Stultz brings to Imago's board 20 years of executive management experience in high technology and capital equipment manufacturing. Dr. Stultz's background includes his position as Vice President and General Manager of the Veeco Instruments Metrology Group. In this position, Dr. Stultz was instrumental in bringing to market the world's first fully automated Atomic Force Microscope, an analytical tool of similar sophistication and areas of application as Imago's LEAP microscope. Prior to Veeco, Dr. Stultz founded and managed Peak Systems, a leading supplier of innovative Rapid Thermal Processing equipment for the semiconductor industry. Dr. Stultz received his Ph.D in Materials Science from Stanford University.
